Returns

We hope you’re happy with your DON VAN HOVEN order.

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once requested, you have a further 14 days to return it.

Items should be returned in their original condition with all packaging included. We may reduce the refund if an item has been worn, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. This includes the basic standard delivery charge, but not any additional amount paid for express delivery.
